Bookings
Requests are pending until we confirm them. We serve Greenpoint and Williamsburg, Brooklyn, weekdays 7am to 7pm, and need at least 3 hours' notice. Every new client starts with a free meet & greet.
Payment
You save a card when you request a visit. Your card is charged only when we confirm the booking. If we can't take a visit, you're never charged. Weekend visits add $10 and federal holidays add $15.
Cancellations
If a confirmed visit is cancelled by you or by us, the charge is refunded in full to your card.
Your pet's care
You agree to share accurate health, behaviour and home access details. In an emergency we will contact you, then your emergency contact and vet, and act in your pet's best interest.
